Mene ne hukuncin mutumin da ya yi
amfani da takardun shaidar kammala karatun da wani ya yi (Certificate) kuma
yaje ya nemi aiki da su? Sannan kuma a shari'anace meye matsayin albashin da
yake karɓa ta wannan hanyar?

A shari'ance ba ya halatta mutum
ya yi amfani da takardun shaidar sakamakon kammala karatun da wani yayi, wato
(Certificate) ko kuma yaje ya nemi aiki da su, ko ya yi amfani da su ya nemi
gurbin ƙaro karatu a wata makarantar, ko kuma Mutum yaje a yi masa waɗansu
takardun bogi dan ya yi amfani da su wajen shiga wata makaranta ko kuma neman
aiki da su, to dukkansu haramun ne bai halattaba. Domin idan har ya yi haka to
ya karɓi abin da ƙwarewarsa ba ta cancanta ta sa ya karɓa ba.
Hakanan ba ya halatta ga dukkan
wani dalibin ilimi wanda zai riƙa satar amsar jarrabāwar wasu shi ma yana
rubutawa a tasa, domin yin hakan kamar yāyi amfani ne da ƙokarin wasu ba nasa
ba, kuma a bisa ga kā'ida a na so ne kowa ya yi amfani da irin ƙokarinsa da
kuma ƙwarewarsa wajen fahimtar dukkan wani nau'i na Ilimi, ba wai mutum ya yi amfani
da ƙwarewar wasu ba.
Domin yin hakan ha'incine, dan
haka haramun ne bai halattaba, haka nan kuma ba ya halatta ga dukkan wani
Mālami a makaranta ko shugaba a wata ma'aikata wanda zai riƙa ɗaukan sakamakon
karatun wasu dāliban ilimi māsu hazāƙa da ƙwāzo kuma yana sayarwa da wasu
daƙiƙai, ko shakka babu wannan harāmun ne, domin yin hakan cin amāna ne babba.
Sannan kuma duk wanda ya yi haka
to ya sani cewa duk kuɗin da ya karɓa ta wannan hanya to yana cin harāmun ne,
kuma sai Aʟʟαн(ﷻ) Yā tambaye shi a kan cin amānar da ya yiwa al'ummar da ya ke
shugabanta, domin yā ɗauki ƙwarewarsu da ƙwāzonsu yā baiwa daƙiƙai waɗanda basu
cancanta ba, haka kawai saboda zālunci da kuma son abin duniya.
Sannan kuma a wasu makarantun a
kan sāmu wasu daga cikin Mālamai marasa tsoron Aʟʟαн(ﷻ) kuma marasa kishin
al'ummarsu waɗanda duk irin ƙwāzo da ƙokarin da Ɗālibi zai yi a makarantar to
sai irin waɗannan Mālaman sun kāyar da shi matuƙar dai bai bā su wani cin
hanciba, to a irin wannan yanayi idan ya kasance dālibi yāsan cewa tsakāninsa
da Aʟʟαн(ﷻ) yana da ƙokarin da ya cancanta a bashi sakamako mai kyau a wajen
karātunsa amma saboda zālunci irin na wasu Mālaman waɗanda zā su kāyar da shi
idan bai basu wannan cin hancinba, to a nan sai Mālamai sukace babu laifi a
kansa idan ya basu cin hanci ɗin saboda ya samu ya karɓi haƙƙinsa da suka riƙe
masa, to amma su da suka karɓi wannan kuɗin su sani cewa sunci haramun ne,
domin kuwa Mαиzoи Aʟʟαн(ﷺ) ya ce:
كل لحم نبت من سحت فالنار أولي به،
MA'ANA:
Dukkan nāman da ya tsiro daga cin
hanci, (duk mutumin da yake ci ya koshi ta hanyar kuɗin haram) to wutā ce tafi
cancanta da shi:
Amma dangane da hukunci a kan
wanda ya yi amfani da takardun wani ko kuma takardun bōgi yaje ya nemi aiki da
su ya keyi, ko shakka babu wannan mutum yāyi algus, kuma Mαиzoи Aʟʟαн(ﷺ) Yāfaɗa
cewa:
من غشنا فليس منا،
رواه مسلم،
MA'ANA:
Duk wanda ya yi mana algus to
bāya daga cikinmu, (Mu Muminai):
Danhaka wājibi ne ya tuba zuwaga Aʟʟαн(ﷻ)
a kan wannan babban zunubi da ya aikata, to amma dangane da abinda ya shāfi
hukuncin kuɗin da ya ke karɓa a wajen aiki ko kuma hukuncin karatun da ya yi da
takardun bōgi, abinda Mālamai sukace shi ne, idan har ya kasance ya yi karatun
da matakinsa ya kai ga samun darajar da ta kai ko kuma ta haura wancan
(Certificate) ɗin na wani da ya yi amfani da shi, Mālamai sukace babu komai a
kansa sai dai ya tuba zuwa ga Aʟʟαн(ﷻ) a kan wancan hā'inci da ya aikata, amma
idan ya kasance ya nemi aiki da takardun bōgi ko kuma takardun shaidar kammala
karatun da wani yayi, to idan ƙwarewarsa a kan aikin ba ta kai na wanda ya samu
irin wancan (Certificate) ɗin ba, to duk abinda ya karɓa haramun yake ci, domin
yā karɓi albāshin da ƙwarewarsa ba ta kai ya karɓi irinsa ba, amma idan dāma yā
ƙware sosai wajen iya wannan aikin da a ka ɗauke shi ɗin sai dai bashida
takardar da za ta sa a ɗauke shi aiki a wajen sai ya yi amfani da takardun
wani, to alal-haƙiƙa a nan ma ya yi ha'inci, amma idan yana aiwatar da yanayin
aikin dai dai kamar yadda ake buƙāta to Mālamai sukace duk abinda ya ke karɓa
na albāshi ya halatta, domin dama asali a shari'ance ba sharaɗi ba ne sai in
mutum ya kāwo takardar shaida sannan za a ɗauke shi aiki ba, asali dāma
ƙwarewarsa kawai ake buƙāta a kan wannan aikin da za a ba shi.
Sai dai in dāma wannan ma'aikatar
ta kafa sharaɗin cewa sai in mai sahihiyar shaidar karatu kaza-da-kaza za ta ɗauka
aiki, to a nan kam komai ƙwarewarsa idan ya yi amfani da takardun bōgi a ka ɗauke
shi aiki a wajen, to wasu daga cikin Mālamai sukace bai halatta ya yi wannan
aikin ba, idan kuma ya yi to duk abinda ya karɓa na albāshi a wajen haramun
yakeci.
