Why is it that in Islam a woman is to make-up her fast she missed during Ramadan but not her solaah while solaah is the second Pillar of Islam?
𝐀𝗡𝗦𝐖𝗘𝐑❗️
Alhamdulillah, this is what Allah s.w.t decreed and made the religion easy for his ummah. That is why when one is travelling and has no water can make tayammum taking dry clean Earth rubbing the hands and face by making intention.
Same as one travelling can make qasr by shortening his prayer if he is not going to stay in that country.
Also Islam makes it easy for one who is sick if he cannot stand to sit or lie down to pray.
All these is a mercy from Allah s.w.t as he is merciful to his servants and does not wish hardship for her.
A woman in her menses is to make up missed fast of Ramadan but forgiven the solaah because if she is to make the solaah, she will have difficulty to make all of it than her missed fast.
Some sect like the khwarij allows woman to fast and pray in her menses and this is misguidance and against the teachings of the messenger of Allah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam.
