Ma’anar zakkah a shari’ah ita ce:
Fitar da hakkin daya wajaba daga dukiya yayin da takai nisabi ga waɗanda
suka cancanta.
Zakkah rukuni ce daga cikin rukunan Addinin Musulunci kamar yadda ya zo a Hadisi:
Zakka ta kasu gida biyu:
1• Zakkah ta jiki (Wato zakkar fidda kai), bayaninta zai zo a nan gaba
2• Zakkar Dukiya.
DALILAN WAJABCINTA
Zakka wajibi ce da nassin Alƙur’ani, kamar yadda AlLLAH (S.W.T.) Yace: Ku bayar da Zakkah.
[Al Bakara Ayata: 110].
Manzon ALLAH {s.a.w} Yace: Da Mu’azu sanda ya tura shi Yemen:
Ka sanar da su cewa ALLAH {S.W.T} Ya wajabta Zakka a kansu, wadda za a karɓa
daga mawadatansu, a bayar da ita ga matalautansu.

WAƊANDA TA WAJABA A KAN SU
Malamai sun haɗu a kan cewa zakka tana wajaba a kan
Musulmi baligi mai hankali.
Kuma wanda ya mallaki nisabi, tare
da cika sauran sharuɗa, amma sun yi saɓani
a kan yaro da mahaukaci.
Wasu sunce bata wajaba a kansu ba, wasu kuma sukace tana wajaba.
Amma magana ta biyu ita tafi ƙarfi,
saboda hadisai ingantattu da aiwatarwar sahabbai a kan haka.
Anas (R.A) yace:
Manzon ALLAH {s.a.w} yace:
Kuyi ciniki da dukiyar marayu, domin kada Zakka ta cinye ta.

Wannan ya nuna cewa za a fitar da Zakka daga dukiyar yaro data mahaukaci.
LOKACIN FITAR DA ZAKKA
Lokacin fitar da zakka ya danganta ne da nau’in dukiyar.
Idan zakkar kuɗi da dabbobi, da kayan sayarwace, to
sai dukiyar ta shekara, bayan ta kai nisabi.
Amma idan zakkar amfanin gonace, to ana fitar da itane a lokacin da aka
girbe ta ko aka tsinke ta.
Zakkar ma’adanai data zuma kuwa, a
wajen mahzahar Hanafiyya, ita ma ana fitar da ita a yayin da aka fito dasu.

SHARADAN WAJIBCIN TA
Dangane da abin da ya gabata, zamu fahimci cewa, tsabar kuɗi
da kayan sayarwa suna buƙatar
sharuɗa biyar kafin a fitar musu da Zakka.
1• Musulunci.
2• 'Ƴanci.
3• Mallaka.
4• Cikar Nisabi.
5• Cikar shekara.
Idan kuwa Zakkar dabbobi ce, to, sai a ƙara sharaɗi daya, shi ne:
kasancewa suna fita kiwo.
Ba aɗaure suke ana nemo musu abinci ba,
wato waɗanda ba atirkesu ba.
Haka kuma idan amfanin gonane, to shi ma sai a ƙara sharaɗi ɗaya,
wato ya kasance abinci ne ga ɗan Adam, amma a
fitar dashi ne da sharaɗin cikar shekara.

HUKUNCIN WANDA YAƘI
BAYAR DA ITA
Mai ƙin fitar da zakka
iri biyu ne:
1• Kodai yaƙi
bayarwa ne saboda bai yarda wajibi ce ba.
2• Ko kuma yaƙi
bayarwa ne saboda tsananin rowa da son abin duniya.
Idan yaƙi bayarwa ne
saboda bai yarda da wajibcinta ba, to ya kafirta.
Idan kuwa don rowa ne, ko sakaci to fasiƙi ne, kuma hukuma za ta iya karɓa
ta ƙarfi daga
garesshi.
Kamar yadda Khalifan Manzon ALLAH {s.a.w} Abubakar (RA) ya yaƙi waɗanda sukaƙi bayarwa a zamaninsa.
[Duba za katul Ma’adni na Almukhtar bin Umar bin Al-Hussain As-Shankidi
Sh:18-19].
Kuma ya kamata mu sani cewa, ƙin
bayarda zakka yana jawo azaba mai muni ga mutum a lahira.
Abu Huraira (RA) yace:
Manzon ALLAH {s.a.w} yace:
Babu wani mai k'dukiya wanda baya bayar da zakkarsa, face sai an ƙona kuɗin a wutar
Jahannama ya yi faɗi sannan a rinƙa manna masa a geffansa da fuskarsa, har lokacin da ALLAH
zaiyi hukunci a tsakanin bayinsa, a yinin da yake kwatankwacin tsawon shekara
dubu hamsin.
Sannan a nuna masa hanyarsa, ko dai zuwa aljannah ko kuma zuwa wuta.
Babu wani mai raƙuma
wanda baya bayar da Zakkarsu, face sai an jefa shi a cikinsu, a wani kwari mai
faɗi cike dasu, sannan su rinƙa bi ta kansa,
Idan suka kai ƙarshe,
sai a dawo da na farkon, H'haka za a rinƙa
yi masa, har ALLAH ya yi hukunci a tsakanin bayinsa.
A yinin da yake kwatankwacinsa tsawon shekara dubu hamsin.
Sannan sai a nuna masa hanyarsa izuwa Aljanna ko zuwa wuta.
Babu wani mai tumaki ko awaki wanda baya bayar da zakkarsu, face sai an
jefashi a cikinsu, a wani kwari mai faɗi, cike da su sannan
su rinƙa takashi da
kofatansu, suna sukansa da ƙahonsu.
Babu mai tanƙwararren
ƙaho a cikinsu,
balle marar ƙaho, idan suka kai
ƙarshe, sai a dawo
dana farkon.
Haka za a rinƙa
yi musu, har ALLAH ya yi hukunci a tsakanin bayinsa, a yinin da yake
kwatankwacin tsawonsa shekara dubu hamsin.
Sannan sai a nuna masa hanyarsa zuwa Aljanna ko zuwa Wuta.

ALLAH kabamu ikon aiki da abin da muka karanta.
ALLAH ka gafarta mana zunubanmu baki ɗayanmu Ameen.
