    Mene ne Hukuncin Wanda Ya ci Ko Ya Sha Bisa Mantuwa Alhali Yana Azumin Ramadan?

    Sai ya cigaba da azuminsa yana nan bai kare ba, domin Allah ne ya ciyar da shi ya shayar dashi. Dalili kuwa ya tabbata daga Abi Hurairata (RA) daga Manzon Allah yace “Idan mutum ya manta, yaci ko ya sha, to sai ya cigaba da azuminsa, domin Allah ne ya ciyar dashi ya shayar dashi”.

    Attarghib wattarhib na munzuri lahakikin sheikh Albani Juzu’I na farko. (2) Surah Baƙarah, aya 183 (3) Bukhari (1933)

    Amma wasu daga cikin malaman malikiyya sunce sai ya rama wannan azumin. Sai dai lafazin hadisin ya zama raddi a garesu, saboda manzon Allah anan ya ambaceshi a “sai ya cika azuminsa” ya tabbatar da cewa azumine bai kare ba.

    HUKUNCIN WANDA YA KARYA AZUMINSA BISA GA MANTUWA

    Menene hukuncin Mutumin da yakarya Azuminsa bisa ga mantuwa ta hanyar Ci ko Sha ko ta hanyar yin Jimā'i da Mātarsa bisa ga kuskure, Shin akwai ramuwa ko Kaffāra akansa ko babu??

    𝐀𝐌𝐒𝐀❗️

     Alal-Haƙiƙa mafi yawa daga cikin Mālamai (Jumhūrul-Ulamā'u) sun tafine akan cewa Mutumin da yakarya Azuminsa da mantuwa ta hanyar Ci ko Sha, to Azuminsa yana nan lafiya ƙalau babu wata ramuwa akansa, kuma koda wanne irin Azumine yakeyi to duk hukuncin dayane, Misali kamar

    1. ​​AzAzumin-Nāfila.

    2. ​​AzAzumin-Kaffāra.

    3. ​​AzAzumin-Bākance.

    4. ​​AzAzumin-Rāmuwa.

    5. ​​AzAzumin-Ramadan.

    Dadai sauran dukkan wani nau'i na Azumi, Mālamai sukace babu komai akansa, daga cikin Dalilansu sunkafa Hujja da wannan Hadisi na Mαnzon Aʟʟαн (Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam) da Yake cewa:

    "من نسي وهو صائم فأكل أو شرب فليتم صومه، فإنما أطعمه الله وسقاه" (متفق عليه)​

    ​​MA'ANA:​​

    ​​Wanda yamanta yana Azumi sai yaci ko yasha to kawai yacika Azuminsa, domin kuwa Aʟʟαн() ne Ya ciyar dashi kuma ya shāyar dadash.

    Saidai dangane da Hukuncin wanda ya karya Azuminsa da mantuwa ta hanyar yin Jimā'i da Mātarsa, ko yasadu da'ita bisa ga kuskure, kamar Misāli yana zaton cewa Al-Fijir bai ketoba ashe kuma yariga yāfito, kokuma yana zaton cewa rāna ta fāɗi ashe bata fāɗiba, ko ya sadu da Mātarsa bisa ga Jāhilci, kamar Misāli tunda yake bai taɓa sanin ko bai taɓa jin cewa Harāmunne ayi Jimā'i da rānaba, Mālamai sunyi Saɓāni dangane da wannan MMas'ala.

    Mazhabin Shāfi'iyya da Hanafiyya duk sun tafine akan cewa wanda yayi Jimā'i da kuskure ko mantuwa shima babu komai akansa domin Azuminsa bai lālaceba, danhaka babu ramuwa akansa, sunkafa Hujjane da wannan Hadisi na Mαnzon Aʟʟαн (Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam) wanda Yake cewa:

    "من أفطر في رمضان ناسيا فلا قضاء عليه ولا كفارة"

    ​​MA'ANA:​​

    ​​Wanda ya karya Azuminsa da mantuwa acikin watan ramadan, to babu ramuwa akansa kuma babu KaKaffāra.

    Anan Sai Mālamai sukace ma'anar wannan Hadisin tagame dukkan wani abu da Mutum zaiyi wanda zai iya lalata masa Azumi, indai yayine da mantuwa shikenan babu komai akansa.

    Amma Mazhabin Mālikiyya suntafi akan cewa zai rama wannan Azumin amma babu Kaffāra akansa sakamakon Uzuri na mantuwa ko kuskure da yayi.

    Saidai Mazhabin Hanābila tare da wani Sāshe na Mālamai sun tafine akan cewa wanda yayi Jimā'i da mantuwa ko kuskure, to wajibine sai yayi Kaffāra, daga cikin Dalilansu sunkafa Hujja da Hadisin wani Mutumin-Ƙauye da yazo wajen Mαnzon Aʟʟαн (Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam) yana cewa ya halaka, sakamakon yasadu da Mātarsa da rana, acikin Hadisin an ambaci cewa sai yayi Kaffāra, danhaka sukace wanda yayi Jimā'i da ganganci da wanda yayi Jimā'i da Mantuwa ko da kuskure kokuma Jāhilci ko wanda aka tīlastāshi yayi, sukace duk hukuncinsu ɗayane dole sai sunyi Kaffāra.

    To amma Saidai magana mafi inganci kamar yadda mafi yawan Mālamai suka tafi akanta shine, babu wata Kaffāra akansu, saboda Faɗin Aʟʟαн():​​

    رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أأَخْطَأْنَ
