A ƙasa an kawo bayanin yadda ake yin kunun shinkafa haɗe da gyaɗa. Shi ya sa za a iya kiran sa kunun shinkafa ko kuma kunun gyaɗa.
Abubuwan bukata:-
1- gyaɗa
2- shinkafar tuwo
3- sugar
4- flavor
5- madara (idan mutum yana so)
6- tsamiya.
Da farko ki samu gyada kamar gwangwami daya da rabi, shinkafar tuwo ma
haka, sai ki wanke gyadar bayan kin gyara, ki markada a blender ko ki kai
markade, bayan an markada, ki saka ruwa daidai yawan kunun, sai ki yi la'akari
da yawan gyadar da kika saka kar ki saka ruwa da yawa, sai ki tace bayan kin sa
ruwa kin gauraya. Bayan kin tace sai ki dora a wuta, ki rufe.
Shinkafar tuwon nan kuma dama kin jika ya jika, sai ki wanke ki markada
(kar ki sa ruwa da yawa a wajen markaden, da kauri za ki markada)

ki raba shinkafar nan da kika tace biyu, daya yafi yawa, wanda yafi yawan sai
ki zuba masa ruwan tsamiya a kai ki ƙauraya.
Ki duba gyadar ki, idan ya tafasa ki ƙauraya
sosai, sai ki sauke, ki zuba wannan ƙullun
shinkafar da kika saka tsamiya a ciki ki ƙauraya,
za ki ga ya yi kauri, sai ki rufe.
Bayan minti kamar uku ko hudu, sai ki taba ki ji idan tsamiya ya ji shkn,
idan bai ji ba sai ki ƙara
tsamiya kadan a wancan ƙullun
shinkafar da baki saka ba, sai ki zuba a kai ki ƙauraya.
Daga nan sai ki zuba sugar da flavor da madara idan kina so.
