    The Poem

It breaks me into pieces and then moulds me the way I have never been perfected before.
Whispers to me that there is tomorrow, one which the sun would rise again,
I would see it glow, so perfectly aligned in the sky,
Tells me to slow my heartbeats lest they start pounding my chest wall, soothes the blood gushing through my veins and calms my nerves.
There is a voice making my trembling fingers still,
my ragged breathing synchronous and melting away my anxiety.
