Without God Jesus Was Powerless!

Both the Bible and the Qur'an confirmed
that, Jesus performed different miracles,
signs and wonders in his time. But the
arising question is: Did he performed the
miracles by his own power? Let the Bible
speak!

1 - “As Jesus drew near he said, all powers
have been given to me in heaven and on
earth.” (Matthew 28:18)
This shows that Jesus was powerless without
God’s assistance. He was not independent.
Does God depend on another being?

2 - Jesus says: “On my own authority I can
do nothing as I hear I judge and my
judgment is just because I seek not of my
own authority but the authority of him who
sent me.” (John 5:30)
How does one think that the Almighty can
utter the above words that can expose him
to ridicule? This shows that Jesus is not God
and also shows that on his on authority he
can't do anything.

3 - Peter says: “Men of Israel here these
words, Jesus of Nazareth is a man approved
by God, by miracles, and wonders, and signs
which God did through him in your midst as
you all know.” (Acts 2:22)

We all know who Peter was. Peter was in
better position to tell us something abt
Jesus, bcos he saw Jesus, he converse with
Jesus, he walk with Jesus, he ate with Jesus,
he was among the 12 chosen disciples of
Jesus and he was together with Jesus in all
the 3yrs that Jesus delivered his message.
Therefore, he was in a better position to tell
us something abt Jesus than the so-called
elders of the Christiandom. He testified that,
all the Miracles, Signs, and Wonders display
by Jesus was done by God through him. The
following verses are in support of this view
that the miracles performed by Jesus was
done by God through him:

1 - “When the people saw the miracles
performed by Jesus, they glorified God for
given such power unto men.” (Matthew 9:8)

2 - “There was a man of the Pharisees,
named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The
man came to Jesus by night, and said unto
him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher
come from God: for no man can do these
miracles that thou doest, except God be with
him.” (John 3:1-2)

Think positively!!!
Thanx!
