Hukuncin Yin Addu’a Uku Ga Mamaci Da Cin Abincin Ta'azziya

    Assalamu Alaikum Allah ya ƙara ilimi, ya bada ladan fatawa. Malam don Allah, taron addu’a da sadakan uku da akeyi bayan zaman makoki na kwana uku yana da hurumi a musulunci? Shin akwai wani amfani da wannan adduar take da shi ga mamaci?  Har akanyi abinci, kamar waina, a dinga rabawa ga duk wanda yazo wurin zaman makokin a ranar, da sunan sadaƙa. Shin Abincin da ake rabawa yan zaman makoki, ya halatta aci ? Don Allah Malam ayi min bayanin matsayar musulunci a kan wannan al’amarin. Na gode kwarai, Allah ya saka ma Malam da alkhairi.

    Wa’alaykumussalam. Sadakar uku ba karantarwar manzon Allah ba ne, hakanan ba aikin sahabbai da tabi’ai ba ne, shari’a bata iyakance lokuttan da ake yiwa mamaci addu’a ba, dazarar mutum ya rasu yana bukatar addu’a har iya rayuwar shi mai Addu’ar.

    Tara mutane bayan kwana uku, ko bakwai ko arba'in da dafa abinci da raba waina duk waɗannan bidi’o’ine da aka kirkiro daga baya, Babu wani dalili na shari’a a kan haka.

    Manzon Allah ya fada cewa: …. “duk wanda ya kirkiro a cikin  al’amarin mu  (Addini/shari’a) abin da baya cikin addinin/shari’a toh an mayar masa”…. Don haka nisantar aikata haka shi ne dai dai.

    Abin da sunnah ta tabbatar shi ne makwafta su dafa abinci su kai gidan da akayi rasuwa kamar yadda Hadisi ya zo cikin sunan “Attirmizy 998 da sunan abu dauda 3132” hadisin Ja’afar ibn Abi dhalib, hakanan imam Shafi’i a cikin littafin sa” Al’ummi 1/317” shima ya tabbatar da haka.

    Jamhurun malamai sunce makaruhi (Abin kyama/ki) raba abinci ga wadanda sukazo ta’aziyya wasu ma sunce bidi’a ne yin hakan kamar yadda ya zo cikin “Fathul ƙadeer 2/142

    Babban malamin a mazhabar Malikiyya imam Alhaddabi Almaliki yace cikin sharhin muktasar kaleel wato mawahibul jaleel 2/228 makaruhi ne rabawa masu ta’aziyya abinci don ana kirga hakan cikin bidi’a. Hakanan Sheikhul Islam ibn taymiyya a cikin fatawar sa 24/316 yace taron mutane a gidan mamaci da raba abinci a ci wannan bidi’a ne ya kawo maganar jareer ibn Abdullahi cewa mukan dauki taron jama’a da raba abinci a gidan mamaci a zamanin mazon Allah (Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam) a matsayin `Niyaha’ wato shelar mutuwa irin wanda shari’a ta haramta.
