Hukuncin Wucewa Ta Gaban Mai Sallah

    As-Salaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatul Laah. Menene hukuncin bi ta gaban mai sallar nafila, kamar a masallacin Jumma’a? Kamar tsawon yaya ya kamata mutum ya wuce ta gaban mai Sallar Farilla ba tare da yin laifi ba?

    Wa Alaikumus Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laah Wa Barakaatuh.

    Haramun Ne Wucewa Ta Gaban Mai Sallah Matukar dai Bai Saka Sitira a Gabansa ba. Wanda Wucewa Ta Gaban Mai Sallah Wani Lokaci Yakan Haifar da Lalacewar Sallar Wanda Aka Ketarewa Sallar. Hadisi Ya Tabbata Manzon Allah () Yana Cewa:

    An Kar6o Daga Abu-Juhaim (ra) Ya ce: Manzon Allah () Ya ce: “Da Mai Wucewa Ta Gaban Mai Sallah Yasan Abinda Yake Kansa (Na Zunubi), Da Ya Gwammace Ya tsaya Har tsawon Shekaru Arba'in. Hakan Yafi Alkhairi a Gareshi a kan Ya Wuce ta Gaban Mai Sallar”.

    {Bukhari: 510}

    Babu wani bambanci ko sallar farilla ce ko kuwa nafila duk hukuncin ɗaya ne. Saboda hadisin da Sahabbai suke gaggawan samun wurin tsayuwa a bayan ginshiƙan masallaci domin yin nafilar maghriba a bayan kiran sallah. (Sunan Al-Baihaqiy: 2/476).

    Don haka sanya sutura don hana wani wucewa ta gaban mai sallah wajibi ne a maganar da ta fi inganci a wurin malamai, kamar su Ahmad Bn Hambal da Shaikhul-Islaam da Al-Albaaniy (Rahmatul Laahi Alaihim). (Mausuu’atul Fiqhiyyah: 2/280-281).

    Sannan kuma bai halatta shi wanda yake sallar ya bari ana gittawa ta gabansa ba. Sahabi Abu-Sa’eed Al-Khudriy (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) ya riwaito hadisin da Al-Bukhaariy (509) da Muslim (507) suka riwaito daga Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce:

    Idan ɗayanku yana sallah a bayan wani abin da ke kare shi daga mutane, sai kuma wani ya so ya gitta ta gabansa, to ya tunkuɗe shi a ƙirjinsa, ya yi ƙoƙarin hana shi gwargwadon iyawarsa. Idan kuma ya ƙi, to ya yi faɗa da shi, domin kuwa shi shaiɗani ne kawai.

    Ma’anar:  ya yi faɗa da shi, shi ne: Ya tunkuɗe shi da ƙarfi fiye da tunkuɗewa ta farko.

    Kuma idan mace baliga ko jaki ko baƙin kare ne ya gitta ta gaban nasa, to sallarsa ta ɓaci. Saboda hadisin Abu-Zarr (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) da ke cikin Sahih Muslim (510) cewa, Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce:

    Idan ɗayanku ya tsaya yana yin sallah, to zai yi masa sutura (kariya) idan ya zama akwai misalin sandar da ke bayan sirdin raƙumi a gabansa. Idan kuwa ya zama babu kamar misalin wannan sandar ta bayan sirdin raƙumi a gabansa, to jaki da mace da baƙin kare suna yanke masa sallarsa.

    Malamai sun ƙiyasta tsawon wannan sandar kamar sulusi biyu (2/3) na tsawon zirain hannu ne, watau kamar daga gwiwar hannu zuwa wuyan hannun.

    Amma a kan nisan wurin da mai wucewa zai iya wucewa ta gaban mai sallah ba tare da ya yi laifi ba, ga bayaninsa a taƙaice:

    Idan akwai sutura (kariya) a gaban mai sallar, to duk yadda ya wuce a bayan suturar - watau ba a tsakanin mai sallah da suturar ba - babu komai, in shã Allãh.

    Amma idan mai sallar bai sanya sutura ba, mafi kyau dai kar mutum ya wuce ta gabansa. Idan kuma ya buƙatu ko tilastu ga wucewan, to ya zama daga bayan inda mai sallah ke ɗora goshinsa ne, da gwargwadon yadda hanun mai sallar ba zai iya taɓo shi ba idan yana tsaye:

    Al-Bukhaariy (506) ya riwaito cewa: Abin da ke a tsakanin matsayin Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) da bangon da ke gabansa kamar zira’i uku ne. Watau, idan yana tsaye kenan.

    Sannan kuma Al-Bukhaariy (496) da Muslim (508) sun riwaito hadisin Sahabi Sahal Bn Sa’ad As-Saa’idiy (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) da ya ce:

    Tsakanin wurin da Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) yake sallarsa da bango, daidai yadda ’yar tunkiya take iya wucewa ne. Wannan kuma a lokacin sujada ne.

    To, tun da a cikin hadisin Abu-Sa’eed (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) da ya gabata ya faɗi cewa ‘…ya tunkuɗe shi a ƙirjinsa wannan kamar ishara ce ga cewa: Idan har hanunsa ba zai kai inda yake ba, shikenan mai wucewan bai yi laifi ba, in Shã Allãh.

    Amma dai shi mai sallar da ya ƙi sanya sutura ce yake da laifi, tun da ya bar wajibi, kamar yadda ya gabata.
