Assalaamu
Alaikum Wa Rahmatul Laah. Hadisan da suka nuna wajibcin mace ta nemi izinin
mijinta kafin ta fita daga gida sahihai ne?

Wa Alaikumus
Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laahi Wa Barakaatuh.
Da farko dai:
Abu ne sananne cewa a duk inda mutane suka haɗu
dole ne a samu shugabanci da adalci da ɗa’a
da biyayya domin kyautata zamantakewa. Kuma babu wanda Allaah ya zaɓa ya mayar da shi shugaba
a cikin gida domin a yi masa biyayya, sai miji (maigida). Allaah ya ce
ٱلرِّجَالُ قَوَّ ٰمُونَ عَلَى ٱلنِّسَاۤءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ ٱللَّهُ بَعۡضَهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ وَبِمَاۤ أَنفَقُوا۟ مِنۡ أَمۡوَ ٰلِهِمۡۚ
Maza masu
tsayuwa ne a kan mata saboda fifitawan da Allaah ya yi wa sashensu a kan sashe,
kuma saboda abin da suke ciyarwa daga dukiyoyinsu. (Surah An-Nisaa’: 34).
Ma’ana: Namiji
shi ne Allaah ya ba aikin tsayuwa da yin gyara ko saitin matar aurensa.
A wani wurin
kuma Allaah ya kira miji cewa shi ne shugaba a kan matarsa a cikin ƙissar
Annabi Yuusuf (Alaihis Salaam), inda ya ce
وَأَلۡفَیَا سَیِّدَهَا لَدَا ٱلۡبَابِۚ
Kuma sai suka
yi kiciɓis da
shugabanta a dokin ƙofa. (Surah Yusuf: 25)
Tun da miji
shi ne shugaba to lallai dole a yi masa ɗa’a
da biyayya domin samun ɗorewar
zamantakewa.
Daga cikin
abin da ke nuna wannan matsayin na shugabancin miji akwai neman izininsa kafin
mace ta zartar da komai da ke a ƙarƙashin ikonsa.
Kuma Allaah Maɗaukakin Sarki ya ce
وَقَرۡنَ
فِی بُیُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجۡنَ تَبَرُّجَ ٱلۡجَـٰهِلِیَّةِ ٱلۡأُولَىٰۖ
Ku tabbata a
cikin gidajenku, kuma kar ku fita da kwalliya irin fitar jahiliyyar farko.
(Surah Al-Ahzaab: 33).
Kodayake
wannan ayar a kan matan auren Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam)
uwayen muminai (Radiyal Laahu Anhunna) ne ta sauka, amma malamai sun yarda
cewa, sauran mata muminai ma sun shiga cikin maganar. Haka Ibn Katheer da
Al-Qurtubiy da sauran malaman Tafseer suka ambata a ƙarƙashin
ayar.
Matan aure na
kirki suna fita daga gidajensu ne kaɗai
idan sun buƙatu ga hakan ko idan wata larura ta kama su. Daga cikin irin
waɗannan buƙatun
da suke fitar da ita akwai zuwa masallaci. Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi
Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce
« إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَتِ امْرَأَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلاَ يَمْنَعْهَا »
Idan matar ɗayanku ta nemi izininsa
domin ta je masallaci, to kar ya hana ta. (Sahih Al-Bukhaariy: 5238, Sahih
Muslim: 1016, Al-Musnad: 4617).
Wannan hadisin
sahihi ne, in ji malaman Hadisi irin su Al-Imaamul Albaaniy (Rahimahul Laah) a
cikin Sahih Al-Jaami’: 319).
Daga nan muna
fahimtar cewa: Idan dai har zuwa masallatai - wuraren da ya fi soyuwa a wurin
Allaah Ubangijin Halittu a duniya domin yin ibadar da Allaah Ubangiji ya
halicce mu dominta - sai mace ta nemi izinin mijin aurenta, to ina kuma ga zuwa
wurin da ba wannan ba kamar zuwa wuraren bukukuwa ko taruka ko ma’aikatu ko
makarantu ko kasuwanni - waɗanda
su ne wuraren da Allaah ya fi ƙyamarsu a duniya?!
A taƙaice
dai mace ta nemi izinin mijinta kafin ta fita daga gida abu ne sananne a cikin
addini. Shiyasa tun tuni malaman fiqhu suka lissafa shi a cikin haƙƙoƙin
miji da su ke a kan matar aure. (Sahih Fiqhis Sunnah: 3/174, Tamaamul Minnah:
3/116).
