Lura: Waɗannan fitattu ne kawai daga cikin kayan haɗin. Ana iya samun sauye-sauye (daɗi ko ragi), wanda hakan ya danganta ga salo da ra'ayin mai girki.
1. Mataki Na Farko
Da farko za ki tafasa shinkafarki wato ki yi parboiled dinta tare da tumeric kaɗan, ki ajiye ta agefe daban.
2. Mataki Na Biyu
Ki ɗora tukunya a kan wuta, ki saka mangyaɗa daidai ki kawo albasa yankakkiya ki saka, ki saka tomato na leda daidai ki soya sama-sama sai ki saka jajjagen kayan miyanki daidai yadda kike so, ki rufe ya fara soyuwa ki saka kayan kamshinki da ɗanɗano ki rufe ya dahu sai ki kawo shinkafar nan ki saka, ki kawo tafasashshen ruwa ki saka daidai yadda zai dafa miki shinkafar, ki qauraya ki rufe, bayan kin tabbatar saura kadan ya gamu sai ki zuba kwai da kika soya kika yayyanka da kabeji da kika yanka da ganyen albasa daidai, ki rage wuta ki bashi kamar minti biyu shikenan za ki ji kamshi yana tashi abincinki ya kammalu.
