Nau’o’in Lemo Na Zamani da Yadda Ake Yin Su a Abincin Hausawa

    Gabatarwa

    Idan aka ce lemo a nan, ana nufin nau’o’in abin sha da ake amfani da kayan itatuwa  wurin ha ɗ a su. Bahaushe  yana da kayan itatuwa iri-iri da suka ha ɗ a da wa ɗ anda ake samu cikin gida je da ma wa ɗ anda aka fi samu a gonaki da kuma dazuka . Wa ɗ ansu kuwa yakan same su ne daga ba ƙ in al’umm u ko ma ƙ asashen ƙ etare. Irin wa ɗ annan kayan itatuwa ne Bahaushe ke sarrafawa cikin hanyoyi mabambanta domin sha. Wannan babi na ɗ auke da wasu daga cikin nau’o’in lemo da Hausawa  ke amfani da su.

    v. Tsamiya

    Za a wanke tsamiya, sannan sai a sanya ta a cikin tukunyar da aka ɗora bisan wuta domin dafawa. Bayan ta dafu, sai a sauƙe ta, sannan sai a tace da matata. Daga nan za a ƙara mayar da tataccen ruwan saman wuta. A ciki za a sanya kayan ƙamshi tare da filebo. Za a bar shi kimanin mintuna ashirin kafin a sauke. Sai a sanya suga sannan a bar shi ya sha iska, sai kuma a sanya cikin firijin. Shi ke nan lemon tsamiya ya samu.

    v. Ɗanyar citta

    Za a wanke citta ɗanya, sannan a goge ta tsaf a kai markaɗe. Za kuma a iya markaɗa ta da bilanda ko a daka a turmi. Daga nan za a sanya ruwa a ciki a tace da matata. Za a zuba lemon tsami da suga da filebo cikin tataccen rowan, sannan a zuba cikin firijin.

    i. Abarba

    ii. Filebo

    iii. Kayan ƙamshi

    iv. Ruwa

    Za a fere abarba, sannan a yanka ta ƙanana-ƙanana yadda za a iya amfani da bilanda wurin markaɗa ta. Da zarar an markaɗa, sai a tace sannan a sanya kayan ƙamshi da filebo. Za a iya ƙara suga cikin wannan naui na lemo.

    Wannan nau’i na lemo ya na kama da wa ɗ anda aka yi bayani a sama , b ambancin kawai shi ne kayan ha ɗ in. Idan an tashi yin sa, z a a yanka abarba a marka ɗ e ta . Kwakwa r kuwa idan da hali a na so a kankare bayanta kafin a marka ɗ a ta . Idan kuma ba a samu haka ba, za a iya marka ɗ a ta haka nan. Daga nan s a i a tace ta a sanya filebo da suga.

    Wannan lemo ma kamar yadda ake na sama haka ake yin s a. Za a fere  kukumba tsaf kafin a marka ɗ a ta. Abarba  da kwakwa  da citta su ma za a gyara su sannan a marka ɗ e su . Bayan wannan  ya samu duka, sai a sanya kayan ƙ amshi sannan a tace. Bayan an tace , sai a ƙ ara suga.

    A wannan  nau’in lemo, za a samu gwaiba da abarba da tuffa da kuma kwakwa . Sai dai amma, a na bu ƙ atar a daidaita adadin wa ɗ annan kayan marmari n da za a yi amfani da su, wato kada wani ya rinjayi wani a yawa. Daga nan sai a tace a sanya filebo da suga.

    Wannan nau’in lemo ma ana samar da shi ne kamar dai yadda aka yi bayanin sauran da ke sama. Bayan an markaɗa citta da abarba, sai a sanya kayan ƙamshi sannan a tace su. Daga nan sai a sanya suga ko zuma.

    A wannan nau’in lemo ma, ana fere kukumba a markaɗa. Daga nan kuma sai a samu lemon tsami a cire ’ya’yan tare da kayan ƙamshi a markaɗa sannan a tace. A tataccen ruwan za a sanya filebo da suga.

    Wannan nau’in lemo daidai yake da yadda ake lemon kukumba da lemon tsami . Bambancin a nan kawai shi ne, ana amfani da lemon za ƙ i ne a maimakon lemon tsami.

    vi. Ɗanyar citta

    Yayin samar da wannan  lemo, za a fere  gwanda a cire ’ya’yan , sannan sai a yayyanka ta a marka ɗ a da bilanda. Ita ma kukumba r za a fere ta a marka ɗ a. Karas  kuwa za a kankare a yayyanka sannan a marka ɗ a. Citta ma za wanke  sannan a marka ɗ e ta . Daga nan s a i a ha ɗ e su wuri guda a tace. A na shan wannan lemo da suga ko zuma.

    Wannan nau’in lemo ma hanya guda ake bi da na sama wajen samar da shi. Bambancin kawai shi ne , kayan ha ɗ insa, wa ɗ anda su ka ƙ unshi mangoro da gwaiba da tuffa da kuma kukumba.

    Shi ma wannan  kamar sauran nau’o’in lemo n da aka yi bayani a baya, sai dai   k afin a marka ɗ a lemon za ƙ i n sai an ɓ are bayan ( ɓ awon) sannan an cire ’ya’yan.

    Ha ƙ i ƙ a akwai nau’o’in lemo daban-daban da Bahaushe  ke samarwa bayan lemokan zamani da ake sayarwa a kantuna. Sau da dama masana na ƙ arfafa guiwar al’umma kan yin amfani da irin wa ɗ annan lemoka da ake ha ɗ awa a gargajiyance kasancewar sun fi lafiya ga jikin ɗ an Adam.
