    Dangane da fuskar mace, jamhurin malamai sun ce gaba daya jikin mace al'aurace, ban da hannun ta da fuskar ta. Dalilin hakan kuwa shine saboda mu'amular da zata iya yi da maza a bangaren cinikayyar siya da siyarwa da makamantansu. Abu Hanifa (Rh) yace mace zata iya bayyana tafin kafarta. Imam Ahmad (Rh) yace mace dole ne ta rufe jikinta gaba daya har farcen ta la'akari da bai halatta mutum yaci abinci da matarsa ba alhalin yayi baqo don kada baqon yaga hannunta

    Ibn Hajar al-Haytami (Rh) dan makarantar Imam Shafi' ya ce: Qadi 'Iyad ya ce: "mace ba sai ta rufe fuskarta ba bisa ijtihadin malamai"

    Shaikh Muhammad Nasiridddin al-Albaany (Rahimahullah) ya naqalto daga Abdil-Barr (Rahimahullah) a cikin At-Tamheed (6/364), cewar mace gaba dayanta al'aura ce ban da fuskarta da hannayenta, kuma wannan itace fahimtar malaman mazhabobi guda uku (Abu Hanifa, Malik da Ash-Shafi'i), da kuma Imam al-Awza'ee da Abu Thawr

Sannan kuma sunce ba zata yi sallah sanye da niqab ba kuma ka da ta saka safar hannu. Wannan ya tabbatar da cewar fuska da hannaye ba al'aura bane ba kuma ya ba haramun bane kallonta ma damar ba kallon zargi ko tsana zai yi mata ba

    Shaykh al-Albaany ya ce: "Haka kuma na naqalto daga cikin littafin Ibn Rushd cewar fahimtar mafi yawancin malamai shine; fuskar mace ba al'aura bace ba, makamancin hakan ya tabbata a daga Imam an-Nawawy kuma wannan shine fahimtar malaman mazhaba guda uku sannan kuma akwai riwaya guda daya daga Imam Ahmad"

    Ibn Qudamah al-Maqdasi (Rahimahullah) a cikin littafinsa; Al-Mughni (1/637) dangane da haramcin mace ta saka niqab da safar hannu a lokacin ihrami, ya ce: "Idan har fuska da hannaye al'aura ne, bazai zama haramun a rufe su ba. Saboda ana buqatar ganin fuskar wanda yake siya ko ake siyarwa da kaya shi kuma hannu a bayyanashi saboda karba ko bayarwa". Ibn Qudamah ya goyi bayan wannan fahimta a cikin littafinsa Al-'Umdah (p.66)

    Shaykh Al-Albaany yace saka niqab ba wajibi bane ba saboda abinda Ibn Abbas (Radiyallahu anhu) ya ce: an karbo daga Al-Fadl (dan uwan sa) yana tafiya akan abin hawa tare da Annabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) sai mace daga qabilar Khath'am ta zo, sai Al-Fadl ya qura mata ido yana kallonta, itama ta kura masa ido. Sai Annabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ya karkatar da fuskar Al-Fadl". Ibn Abbas (RA) yace wannan ya faru ne a lokacin hajjin bankwana

    "Kuma ka ce wa mũminai mãta su runtse daga gannansu, kuma su tsare farjõjinsu kuma kada su bayyana ƙawarsu fãce abin da ya bayyana daga gare ta..."

    Shaykh Al-Albaany (Rh) ya ce: "Abin nufi anan shine fadin Allah "...face abin da ya bayyana daga gare ta", Annabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) yayi bayani cewar: "bai halatta a ga komai a jikinta ba face fuska da hannayenta". Shaykh Al-Albaany ya zayyano sahabban da suka fassarar ayar cewar ban da fuskarta da hannayenta - haka kuma ya kawo sunayen magabatan da suka sahihantar da riwayar:
